Estimate Request & Initial Contact
Once Honey Do Associates (HDA) receives an estimate request, we will contact the customer by phone or text message to gather additional details about the project.

On-Site Inspection (If Required)
Projects involving work beyond a standard appliance installation or removal may require an on-site inspection to evaluate site conditions and confirm project scope.

Estimate Delivery
Following the on-site inspection (if applicable), HDA will prepare a detailed estimate outlining the proposed scope of work and associated costs.

- Estimates valid for a limited time
Approval & Statement of Work
Upon customer approval of the estimate, HDA will prepare a formal Statement of Work (SOW) defining the agreed-upon services, materials, timeline, and responsibilities.

- Additional work outside SOW requires revised estimate
Project Completion & Final Invoice
Once the agreed-upon work has been completed in accordance with the SOW, HDA will issue a final invoice with payment due according to the outlined terms.

Payment Confirmation
Upon receipt of full payment, HDA will provide a final invoice marked Paid in Full for the customer's records.

Additional Terms & Disclaimers
- HDA is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or code violations not visible or disclosed at the time of inspection.
- Customer is responsible for securing any required permits unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Project timelines may be affected by weather, material availability, site access, or unforeseen conditions.
- HDA reserves the right to suspend work if unsafe conditions are present.
